Review: The longest wait for a piece of moulded plastic

Ordered a door handle for an AEG fridge freezer and got confirmation that the order was being processed on 7th August, with an estimated delivery date (due to free shipping) of 14th to 18th August. I decided not to get into contact again, before that time had lapsed and e-mailed on the 18th August with the question what had happened to my order. Got a quick reply with an apology and info that order hadn't been progressed further miraculously and was escalated now. Received shipping confirmation on the 19th, but still didn't receive the item until the 22nd of August. Replies were courteous and prompt, but the overall order was still a farce
