I wasn't sure which freezer drawers I needed so emailed a help request & gave the fridge freezer Model and code and was sent an email with a picture of the inside of my appliance and all the different spare parts and their part number so I could easily see and order the correct items. They came wrapped in bubble wrap and was very impressed with the complete service. First time I have used this company and it won't be the last! Thank you!! Whoop! :-)
