Review: Generally good buying experience except for disrupted payment process
The product selection and ultimately the delivery of the parts was very good. Problem was that during the payment process, the website seemed to hang part the way through and felt after a few minutes of waiting that I had to restart the payment process as had not received confirmation. Later discovered that I had made two purchases of the same item. There was an easy return process, but I had to pay £5 postage. Without this blemish a very good experience.
