Review: Good service (so far) - bad product

I ordered a replacement paddle for my breadmaker. It arrived really quickly, and though it was overall the same size and shape as the original the quality was rubbish. It was much thinner, the non-stick finish looked poor and the fit was tight, making me concerned that is could cause a strain on the motor. It was relatively easy to contact the company for a freepost returns number, and I have yet so see if I have been refunded.
