Review: The service I have recived from this company is terrible

Place an order for spare Oral B tooth brush heads with this company. Should have been with me within 2 weeks which I though at the time was poor but never-the-less went through with the purchase as in reality never normally takes that long even by second class delivery. Never arrived. Contacted this company back and they advised it would be sent out by 1st class delivery on 18/09/14 still hasent arrived. Have again tried to contact them by email now getting no reply. Avoid this company like the plague very poor delivery time and very poor cust service.
