Product is decent quality and as described. Price was better than most and included standard shipping - all good so far. Ordered on 14/10 then received email on 15/10 to say order was "being processed" and would email again to say when it was being packed. I never got that email but did receive one on 17/10 to say it was being shipped. Three days to process, pick, pack and despatch an order seems excessive to me. Royal Mail, for once, came up trumps and delivered on 18/10.
