Review: Refuse to pay postage for parts sent incorrectly
Washing machine door ordered from this company.....took over a week to arrive but when it did the item was wrong. I was then told there were a number of different doors for my model.....why no mention of this before purchase?? With the time it took for the item to arrive, having to send it back for a replacement I could wait no longer and bought a new washing machine. They asked me to return the item and refunded my purchase price but refused to refund my postage charges although it was their mistake! I will not be ordering from them again and urge other potential customers to think first. If the item is wrong do you want to pay for the return postage costs if the error is theirs?
