Review: The 1%
[Edit] You can best assess a company by its treatment of the 1%, the small number of people that have a negative experience. Typically, with such a small percentile of negative reviews, the impact that such reviews have on the general public's use of a company is minimal, but good business care about the 1%. After posting my review I was contacted by Customer Services to see if there was anything they could rectify and to assure me the package left there warehouse in good condition and that they were taking up the damage with the courier - they reiterated they'd of been more then happy to assist in resolving the missing part/damage. So, courier damage aside, the product was well priced, a decent product, and although arrived slightly damaged the company were willing to replace/satisfy. Not right first time, but were definitely willing to work on it. Well done Yourspares. [/Edit] [Original] I ordered a TV stand for my new 50" plasma I was planning to position in the gym, it arrived with a heavily damaged box, part of the frame (the plastic insert) was floating around the box heavily scuffed but with a hammer it was persuaded to go back into the frame. Zero instructions were provided, managed to set it up okay but was frustrating - it was also missing a nut, but improvised after a trip to the DIY shop. Quality of the product however was good.. solid frame, good wheels... but think it had spent too much time getting beaten up in a warehouse. [/Original]
