Review: Very slow delivery

Ordered this spare part for my tumble dryer on 4 January, received email shortly after to say despatched, part did not arrive until 23rd January after 2 phone calls and 2 different excuses. If you need your spares in a reasonable time do not order from this company. I did use their live chat system for customer service which as very useful and efficient but again information given was incorrect.
