Review: Terrible customer service.
Purchased a replacement drawer front for my Hotpoint freezer 2 months ago. It has recently developed a crack in the handle so I contacted Yourspares to report the problem. Was told in no uncertain terms that the problem was due to me overloading the drawers and that the fault is general wear and tear. I suggested that as the drawer was not overloaded/overused and it was only 2 months old this couldn't be just wear and tear and the company refused to replace or refund the product. Will be going elsewhere for the replacement!
