Review: When you pay extra for next day delivery, you expect next day delivery!
Part is as described, thank you. Communication is fine - order confirmation received, email to explain delay received, order despatch confirmation received. However, when you pay extra (£12.95) for next day delivery because you need it the next day, and then there is a problem and it cannot be delivered the next day, I would say it is normal to expect a refund of the extra that you paid!! **Update** Less than 2 hours after posting this review, we got a refund on the carriage. It would have been better if this had been automatic, or if it had been picked up on when I pointed it out in my reply to the delay notification, but you can't be perfect all the time! Happy with that, thank you Yourspares :) Rating increased from 3 stars to 4.
