Review: Still waiting.

I ordered a plastic front for the salad bin on my Hotpoint fridge. I paid the postage for 2 day delivery. The part arrived a day late, the wrong part and have still not received the right one. I returned the wrong part the same day and had expected the right one to have been sent at the same time considering I originally paid for it to be delivered in two days. On the plus side their Customer Services personnel are helpful. So still waiting. PS - 12 days now and still waiting so stars reduced!
