Review: Bad Customer Service

I bought a filter from them and paid by PayPal. Paypal gives them my address as it confirmed however they choose to send it with only the first line of the address and the post code. I never got my Tumble drier filter and their communication was poor (only 2 emails from them both stating to check the postman). In the end there was no sign of a refund so I had to esculate through Paypal. IF YOU CHOOSE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE YOU USE PAYPAL AS YOU WILL BE PROTECTED.
