Review: Order didn't arrive
Order did not arrive by date given. Waited a few days as it was Easter, then sent an e-mail asking when it had been sent. Turned out it hadn't been. I had been worried it was lost in post, so was glad that hadn't happened. They said they would post it first class as an apology. When it eventually arrived it came 2nd class. They had had my money for over 3 weeks before I received the goods. Not amused. I do realise mistakes happen, but I thought money was only supposed to be deducted once it was set. Did get a quick response to my e-mail from their customer dept.
