Recommended from a review on Amazon for blender seal no longer made Compatible item purchased as original which was not the same make of blender was awaiting for quite a few weeks. The compatible not successful Took part in Iive chat on line and full refund received although cost of postage quite expensive for delivery receipt required on terms for returns Now purchased seal recommended and perfect fit. Disappointed I could not order on the phone Not all customers have access to a computer!
