Review: Disappointed in the packaging

Have ordered two light bulbs, 1 arrived ok, the other broken badly. Returned the broken one and recieved another broken one and the wrong bulb. So disappointed with the packaging of these products. The bulb is specific for a Moroccan lamp I have so I wanted one in use and another as a spare as I cannot find them in a shop with the right lumens. But this site has the correct bulbs, hopefully 3rd time lucky,when replacement arrives.
