I cant fault the service and I know the part was a pattern part and not oem but the diameter of the connector was definately incorrect for my vacuums hose (and yes I did check) and heating the hose simply crimped it within the new housing and yes I have connected pipes of all types and sizes by most methods all my working life so this is well within my skill set. The part is simply awful or maybe my vacuum cleaner to old for it to fit, in which case its for you to point that out. So not a happy chappy really. And if thats the quality of you spares I am off.
