Review: The knobs are too small and bad … 1 stars

The knobs are too small and bad quality. They didn't fit to my bbq. I tried to call the customer service, but nobody answered. Finally by chatting online I got sombody there. I have sent the items back but haven't got refund yet! I am not sure if they refund it ever. Seriously bad customer service. Don't waste your money and time. One star is already too many.
