We placed the water softener in the water tank of our Dualit coffee machine, hopeful it will soften the water so we don't have to descale the coffee maker as often as before. The product was slightly delayed and the seller kept us informed at all times. It arrived fairly promptly thereafter. Good service from SJD Spares.
