Review: The item arrived late and it

The item arrived late and it should have been in a box and not a padded envelope. But it came in one piece and it fits our C3 (SGDE1) hoover so we are happy with the item and the great value. They have put the air vent further down the handle as this was the weak point of the design so hopefully it will be stronger and not break.
