Review: I requested a tracking code from 5 stars

I requested a tracking code from seller which I did not get.
I paid £9-99 for 2 day delivery it came a day late.
I under stand about service running because of conditions.
I think when they they got the £9-99 they should meet there obligation or if there is a problem they should make it ordinary post.
