Review: Amazing value

I thought I was taking a risk on a part that costs less then a quarter of the price of the Miele part (and the postage is free!) but what was delivered fits and does the job perfectly.
The only difference is that it does not have the metal strip embedded along the length of the tube, which I assume is to discharge static through the person holding the tube. I am yet to find out if there is a down side to not having this metal strip.
