A few weeks ago a section of our old oven door broke. I ordered a replacement which arrived within a couple of days and was very well packaged. Unfortunately it didn’t fit what remained of our door and so needed to be returned. The return was understandably at my expense (which was clearly set out in the terms and conditions) however a full refund was issued very promptly. All together an excellent service and would happily use Your Spares again (though hopefully with more success!).
