Hello I placed an order for 1 x item however your web site frooze and then processed x3 items and then debited my PayPal account with the 3 x£9.48 payments that has concerned me.
Your site keeps locking me out and I cannot now log in.
I have however tried to cancell x2 items because as yet those ordered have not been processed so I know that my order for x 1 item can be corrected and paypay payment taken will be refunded ASAP
Please can you respond ASAP
