These were for my husband to prevent pressure sores .They are soft and fleecy .I did find they slipped off in the night however so after a discussion with a District nurse we realised that the velcro fastening is in the wrong place .The strips should fit together when closed and should be a tight fit but one half is in the wrong place so unless you have enormous ankles you will need to make adjustments.
I put a pleat in the strap and it now fits together with the velcro meeting properly.
So far it is working and they stay on at night .
