For little cost, this inexpensive component repaired and saved a costly 300 watt ventilation fan motor from being scrapped.
The capacitor mechanical fixing was different to the original but a simple adaption and connection at the motor terminals achieved a quick fix.
The replacement capacitor casing appears to be a better quality and hopefully will last much longer.
