Ordering was easy (and I'm a tech dinosaur). I have confidence that if the basket had not fit my ancient dishwasher or had been deficient in any way from my guess that it would work fine, an email to the company would have resulted in appropriate attention even if exchange for another or a refund. (In fact it's just perfect - only grey instead of light green - and functional:-)

Will try this company again if ever I need spares for anything else!
